- Fixed-fee service packages
- One-off consultations and project support
- Access to a professional freelancer community

3. Eligibility
Our services are designed for self-employed individuals, subcontractors, and sole traders operating in the UK. You must be 18+ to engage with us.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information for us to deliver accounting, tax, or operational support.
- Use templates and resources at your own discretion.
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g., HMRC, IR35 compliance) with or without our assistance.
We are not liable for penalties, missed deadlines, or outcomes resulting from false information or inaction on your part.
5. Financial & Accounting Services
Where included, financial services (e.g., tax returns, bookkeeping) are offered via qualified accountants either employed by or contracted to us.
You remain responsible for checking and approving financial submissions before deadlines.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, tools, and training are the intellectual property of Aspire to Grow Ltd. You may use them solely for your business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or copy them for third parties.
7. Community Conduct
Members of the Solo community must engage respectfully. Any discriminatory, offensive, or exploitative behaviour may result in removal without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Solo is not liable for:
- Loss of income, contracts, or business opportunities.
- Errors in financial or operational decisions made by you.
- Delays or technical issues in access to services.
Our liability is capped to the fees paid by you in the previous 3 months.

10. Termination

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the English courts.
