Refund and Cancellation Policy for “Aspire to Grow Ltd” trading as “Solo”
Effective Date: 10th June 2025
1. Cooling-Off Period (All Plans)
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your initial purchase.
- If you cancel within this window and have not accessed any part of the service (e.g., templates, mentoring, calls, or resources), you’ll receive a full refund.
- If you have already accessed the service, we reserve the right to deduct a fair value for services used.
After the 14-day period, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.
2. Minimum Commitment – 12 Months
Although fees are paid monthly, your subscription is a minimum 12-month commitment.
- This ensures we can provide the full value of the service across the year (e.g., ongoing support, tax-year-end accounts, business planning).
- You are contractually committed for the full 12 months from your sign-up date.
3. Cancellation Notice
- If you wish to cancel at the end of your 12-month term, you must give a minimum of 3 months’ written notice before your renewal date.
- Failure to give notice will result in automatic renewal for another 12-month term, and you will remain liable for those payments.
4. Early Termination
If you choose to cancel before the 12-month commitment ends:
- You are still liable to pay all remaining monthly fees for the duration of the term.
- No refunds or partial credits will be issued.
5. Annual Payment Option
If you choose to pay for the year upfront, the same terms apply:
- You may cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period for a refund (subject to any deductions for services accessed).
- After that period, no refunds are offered, even if you cancel early.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases (e.g., critical illness or insolvency), we may, at our sole discretion, consider a deferral or credit.
This does not waive the 12-month commitment but may offer flexibility in timing.
7. How to Cancel or Give Notice
Email admin@aspire-to-grow.co.uk with:
- Your full name and business name
- Service plan
- Original sign-up date
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
We will confirm receipt within 5 working days.
